Great system with flawless implementation

It's great that it has all features I need in one place. All my contacts are stored there too. There is also an option to have multiple contact lists which makes life easier if we want to prioritize support requests from different departments or clients. And lastly, their customer service team helps me when I'm stuck somewhere. Sometimes they take time to understand what exactly I mean but once again no big deal since this isn't very frequent anyway. They do not offer a trial version so I can try before deciding whether to buy. Also, after signing up they ask for credit card information without explaining why first. So it takes longer than expected to get things rolling. For those who are looking into CRM solutions, consider using Call Center Support Software as your solution provider because they've got everything covered. We use them for ticketing, phone recording, email marketing campaigns management and other similar tasks. I loved how easy it was to use the software. It was great that everything is in one place and makes it so much easier to track all activities. Sometimes it would freeze up but the support team came through and helped me solve the issue. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a simple solution to help their business run smoothly. We were solving issues such as time tracking and scheduling.
