We bought this briefcase for $200 for our brother-in-law for Christmas. He is a lawyer and is used frequently, so we made sure to find a higher quality portfolio with good ratings. He's 9 months old and it's already flashing! Revane states that we are "out of our return window". Something that expensive should last at least a few years, and customers should have some sort of recourse for defective products. Update: I have corrected my rating to 5 stars as Ann from Luxorro was quick to respond to our complaint and replaced the briefcase! Thank you Ann and Luxorro! Now you have a permanent customer for life! Amazing customer service!
