Got these for center support for a tall plant in the center of two tall outdoor planters. They ended up looking nicer for the cost than expected. Like that you can put the rings anywhere on their posts, but they aren’t that easy to move if you want them elsewhere on the posts. While not necessarily difficult to assemble, it was a little bit of a challenge keeping everything attached while assembling the next step. Found the best way is to first identify where you want the rings. Then place the post they are to be attached to on the bottom against a solid surface and press the ring on. Keep rotating and doing the same for each post and ring until all are attached.
