Beautiful shoes made from comfortable materials that I was dying to try on. Then I put them on and immediately noticed a small neoprene stain on the heel tab that keeps biting and rubbing as I walk. It's really disappointing that a promising shoe is ruined by bad design. If the shoes had an open or closed heel, they would probably be my new favorites. Instead I'm sending them back.
