Mr. coffee is not wrong. They have always produced a quality product. This is a simple machine that makes great coffee. Add coffee and water at the push of a button. Ready! I don't need to feel like I'm piloting a Boeing 747 to get my morning snack. 12 cups are a must in my house. And it comes with a mesh basket, which many machines don't have. Not too big on the counter and easy to clean. good for money
