Doll and accessories missing
We received the box and were excited to give it to our granddaughter for her birthday. It's plastic so I think the price is a bit high, but it's Disney. and Frozen 2, so I think it's justified. At least in their heads. My problem is that we put it together, being extra careful not to miss anything. Unfortunately, three icicles are missing (for the top of the castle). I've tried three times this week to contact Hasbro to no avail. Every time I call he says they are closed. I can't even reach a living person. So, I'm a little upset. For $200 it should come with each piece.
