Both fame and hate

The developer of this system is perhaps the most paranoid person in the entire mesh router industry. I say that because, in my opinion, he or she went overboard with the security measures for the home Wi-Fi router system. EXAMPLES: 1. Before you can even launch the mobile app, it practically forces you to choose your "exact" location and tell it to the gods of Wavlink. Any password you create MUST be at least 10 digits long, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters. Has it ever occurred to anyone that by 2021 many of us will have multiple WiFi devices (thanks to Amazon, Smart Plug, Smart Switch, Nest, Chamberlain, WYZE, MyQ, Rachio, and other WiFi device manufacturers)? Me and many other people will NEVER want you to force us to flash dozens, maybe up to 200 devices just because THEY need 10 digit passwords! On the plus side (for those of you with more fingers than WiFi devices), Wavlink is easy to set up. The coolest part is connecting the 2nd and 3rd "triangles" to the main triangle. Simply plug in 2 and 3 within about 10 feet of the main unit and press the pairing button on the main unit until the blue logo on 2 and 3 flashes and they connect automatically in about 2 minutes. I wish I would get mine back and stick with my current pair of TP-Link Deco M5s because my speed tests have shown that Wavlink delivers about 20-25% better download speeds everywhere, so this 3 module kit is for US$77 -Dollar the real benefit. Just be prepared to flash ALL your WiFi devices if you don't already have SSID passwords that exactly match Wavlink's criteria. UPDATE 9/6/2021: It looks like WavLink liked most of the early feedback they got here, so they almost doubled the price.
