Review on 🐶 PupLight2: Enhanced Brightness & Safety with Reflective Dog Collar by Jeremy Ward

This is actually a nice little product. My dog liked it. He's older and that helped him see where he went at night. But about 2 weeks after the purchase he only went in with a collar - the light from outside was shining on the floor. The plastic case just broke off. I tried to put it back in place but it wouldn't stay. Since I liked the product I contacted the company directly to see what they could do. I have emailed their customer service department. I haven't received an answer yet. I'm still waiting and if they reply I'll update this. If it lasts long I'd give it a good rating, but it's plastic. I see how it can break. But my big problem is a company that doesn't endorse their product. As I said, if I get an answer I will update this review. UPDATE - I received a reply from the company. The MDG guarantee is 3 years so I'm sending it back for an exchange. All is well. Happy to give this update as I love the product.
