I like that it's so easy to use, you can't go wrong with this product as far as ease of setup goes - my only issue would be if there were options (at least in their free version) where users could choose different settings per website they visit rather than one setting across every site which may not work well enough depending upon your personal needs/preferences; but even then most other solutions offer much less user-friendly setups at higher price points anyway!
