This item arrived with a broken cap. and it seems broken before shipping. I say that because the renegade part is not in the envelope. Also, as you can see from the photos, there are several washers attached to the inside of the sealed part. That means they were free floating when it was packed. Most pouches will open and/or accidentally fall into the tray. The dividers are out of place. So I have stuff. what is this thing? I do not know. None of them are labeled in any particular area and most of them are mixed together. I don't have a closing container even if I take a temporary group like elements and set the delimiters. Looks like they took a returned broken item that was used/opened/etc and put it in an envelope for a quick buck.
