Powerful fan. Both level 1 and level 2 are excellent. I live in a tropical climate with hot weather and high humidity. This fan works well here. It's a bit heavy because it needs 8 D size batteries to run, but that weight is also good because the 8 D size batteries give the fan a heavy base, making it very difficult to tip over. at level 1 or level 2, and even if someone accidentally kicks the fan lightly. I'm taking a 1 star off the rating because the switch moves too easily. I put it in my motorcycle case and while driving the fan turned on due to the weak switch and the vibrations on the road. focused on the road, and nobody would stop their motorcycle every 15 minutes to check their luggage if somehow their battery-powered fan would kick on and happily spin. When I got to my destination and picked up the fan for use, I found that the fan was on, spinning and due to road vibration, one blade had time to fully detach from the fan. Up to 4 out of 5 fan blades would have the fan vibrating like crazy due to imbalance, making a hell of a lot more noise and pushing out a hell of a lot less air. My suggestion would be to use strong masking tape or duct tape to secure the switch when not in use.
