The most useful feature is that we can use it for all of our campaigns at once. We have been able to see which posts are getting more engagement in real time so we know what content to keep producing. It has also helped us track how many people actually read those posts by looking at their activity logs. There isn't much I dislike about this software but there could be some improvements made to make things easier to understand when you're trying to figure out why certain metrics aren't working as well as they should. Give it a try! You will not regret it! Our team uses cross graph to help manage our advertising spend across multiple ad platforms (Facebook, Google, etc.).
