2nd. 1st in 2 years still no problem. Very well built. Pairs quickly with your phone. If I'm on the phone when I get in the car, it seamlessly switches to the mirror when the car starts. Everything for installation included. The sound quality of the speaker is good and can get louder than necessary. Callers say it sounds good from them. I transfer him a radio channel that was not available locally and everything is fine. Not like your regular stereo speakers, but very good for a phone and for streaming too in a pinch. The mirror is solid and adjusts after adjustment with no vibration or movement, like a factory mirror or better. Viewing is slightly larger than my factory mirror, which is good for field of view but not noticeably larger in appearance. I wouldn't change anything except maybe a slightly smaller mic. You won't find a better device. A++
