Review on Floor Schedule by Neil Biondo

I like that it makes scheduling easier for our agents, as well as providing us with detailed reports of how much each person is making or what they are owed. The only thing I dislike about this program is that you can't search by client without having to scroll through every single month in order to find it. It would be nice if there was an option where we could just click "Search" instead of scrolling around manually looking for them. This has allowed our staff to see their scheduled appointments at any time. The ease of use, ability to add new agents easily without having them go through training is great! I wish there was an easier way for my bookings or billing system (which uses our own in-house program) would be more user friendly when adding schedules into it as well. Currently we are using this tool mostly during times where multiple teams work together; however being able to see each team member's availability throughout out office hours has been very beneficial overall management wise.
