Made of aluminum and steel, easily adjustable. It may not be suitable for top-class racing, but it is more than suitable for street drivers. I sent mine in to have a slightly longer stroke but significantly shorter lever. Basically to get the shifter out of the way so my passengers can adjust the radio and air conditioning without interfering with my shifting. This product is very durable but there were no bushings in the kit which I discovered too late. I ended up just using old bushings which work great and fit perfectly. A small downside to this product is that the linkage is off-center compared to most stock levers, so the handle sits a little further back than a stock lever. I had to cut some insulation under the center panel to accommodate this change, but it didn't affect my center panel. This may not be the case on other vehicles, so ensure you have enough space around the shift boot before installing. Up to 3 inches of additional clearance may be needed in the rear (towards 4th gear) to accommodate the additional volume of the knob and offset lever.
