These are very light cotton slippers, very comfortable and look very simple and modern. I love them but the size didn't fit me and I have to give them to my male friend instead. 🙁 I'm a woman, size 6 1/2-7 and based on the size recommendation I took a medium as it's supposed to be a women's size 7 (wide) - 8.5. I've always felt like my feet are a bit wide so I decided to air them out just in case and go for a medium size so they aren't too small. But I think a smaller one would be perfect for me. My friend who wears size 9 men's shoes tried them on and they fit him perfectly. So I would say the average size is perfect for a size 9 male. If you're my size, take the little one.
