While I'm very upset with EVA NYC for being so damn picky about their warranty, it's my own damn fault. The blow dryer worked great, my hair was practically flawless every time I used it. It can get really hot at times and it was pretty crazy. I bought it from an unauthorized dealer as EVA NYC told me. I was unlucky when it burned out after about two months of use. I was offered to buy a new warranty, but I bought a better and cheaper hair dryer for a lower price. This is a great product, when it works the print is super pretty but the warranty and hassle was a big no-no for me. EVA NYC customer service is terrible and the product burned out after only 2 months of use.
