Smaller than I thought

A little disappointed. I was very excited about these steps but when I put them together they are MUCH smaller than the pictures show. The wood is very cheap and breaks easily. The overall look is ok but I think I get what I pay for. I just wish they were a bit taller as they only go halfway down my bed and my Chiviny has to hop a bit more when it reaches the top of the stairs.
