Review on Quick Dam Flood Barrier Pack by Kwesi Delgado

I have purchased this product or something very similar in the past and was pleased that the product absorbs water and effectively stops the waterway from entering my garage. Unfortunately the 2.5ft high barriers I just received didn't work. The seams must have been full of holes or they weren't strong enough to hold the contents inside. When it rained, ice appeared to form on both barriers. When I touched the "ice cream" it was like gelatin. Also, the barriers did not absorb as much water as the old barriers. I did not return the item as it soaked up so much water that it could not be put back in the bag and sent back.
