I really like this machine. It took me a while to find and run it, but it was worth the effort. I took off a star because it wasn't clear that you would need additional adapters to make the second monitor work. It also took some trial and error to find suitable adapters. The device works only with a cable adapter that plugs into the computer and the other end into the device. If there is an adapter in between, it will not work. But the most important thing to know is that all ports must be connected, i.e. Every PC needs 2 video ports for the second monitor to work. You have to make it clearer. The support was pretty good and responsive even if it was overnight as it can be in China. I had to buy HDMI as both of my laptops don't have VGA ports. But the VGA adapters work and it does the job so I'm happy with that as it got rid of the cable clutter from my old KVM switch.
