The customer service is amazing! They are always willing to go above an beyond for their customers. I have never had anything but positive experiences from them. It's hard not to love this software because it has made our jobs so much easier!! Nothing really - just trust that they care about what we need/want done as well as doing things right every step along the way (even when mistakes happen). We use My Mail House primarily to track all correspondence related to clients' accounts at different financial institutions.
