Very disappointed Ordered this remote control because our little one lost his and of course we found it, I know it's not bad. I saved this remote as a backup and thought we'd need it when we bought a used Sony and it didn't have a remote. Just open the remote control, insert the batteries and it's useless. The arrow wheel is not made on the same side, and the right arrow and down arrow do not move or work, which means the remote control is unusable.
