I bought a Mongoose scooter for my son, I don't remember the exact model but it was one with around 12 inch bike tires that could be used for off-road use. Anyway, after a few months of use, the front wheel started to wobble quite a bit. I ride my bike, but I'm not one to know everything, so I wasn't exactly sure what the problem was. for the center of the wheel. After talking to a mate he said the bearings in the hub were probably shot and that I should find a replacement. I read the reviews about it and it seemed that others had the same problem and were fine. When I picked them up I found a YouTube video showing how to disassemble the wheels and replace the bearings. Ball bearings in the hub and that's it. I swapped both sides, reassembled and now it works great. Although the rear didn't seem to need it, I had enough for both wheels and replaced it anyway. The whole scooter is now buttery smooth and everything is much more stable. I can't comment on how they perform outside of the specific scooter I replaced them on, but I think they will still work very well. I would recommend these as a replacement if you want to do the same.
