Order one size larger, like a ski glove.
My hand was on the edge of a large or extra large size. I'm glad I ordered a very large one! The arm fits snugly around the cuff. Fits well in the palms. The fingers are a little long. Closer to a ski glove than I expected. It will definitely be warm.
