I bought the coffee colored sauna which was slightly different from the others. The front has a fold down door which I preferred since I didn't want the bar in front with the split zipper you have to attach like the other saunas had. This is much easier to just hop in and zip up. It is easy to set up. It take less than five minutes to go from box to being ready to get in it.I had an issue with the remote control. It wouldn't work. I thought it might be a dead battery and I bought another battery but no it just didn't work. Also during shipment the white steam bowl that goes inside the tent was damaged and allowed hot water to blow through where it was damaged. I contacted the seller and they were very nice and sent another remote control and white steam bowl and I got it in about a week. It works great now. I thought they were awesome in getting it to me so fast!It heats up really HOT! I usually keep the heat lower toward the middle range. The chair is awful. It is not made for anyone over 120 pounds. It starts to bend when you sit on it and I quickly got out of it before it completely gave way. It is made more for a child or young teen. I bought a canvas and aluminum chair on sale at Walmart for about 12 bucks. It works great! So I suggest you get another chair too. You don't want the chair caving in on you! The mat is cheesy. It looks like a cheap piece of thin carpet. I tossed it in the trash. I got a metal candle holder that sits flat and is big enough to allow the steam bowl to sit on top of it and that prevents it touching the bottom of the sauna. It works great and keeps the steam bowl stable which because it is just plastic can easily twist and fall over. Not good, since hot water can blow through there! Don't put the bowl too close to your legs. I put mine toward the back of the sauna and I don't have to be concerned about any hot water blow issues. Folding the sauna back into the case was a little difficult at first. You just keep messing with it and you will finally find out how to get it folded down. The instructions aren't easy to understand on getting it back into the case. The coffee colored fabric on this sauna is very nice and looks like satin. I am pleased with the sauna and here are my pros and cons.PRO:Easy to set up.Gets hot and stays hot.The coffee colored sauna is a very nice color and looks good.This model has a front door and to me is easier to just zip up instead of the split middle zippered one with the bar in front which is a little cumbersome to use.The remote control is easy to use and makes it easier to use the sauna.It has enough room for someone who is even 6 feet tall.It feels so good to be in this sauna and afterward it is no different than feeling like you were in an expensive sauna.CON:The chair is cheap and not meant for anyone over 120 pounds at most. It will give way if you are bigger and could be dangerous and collapse on you! Get another chair!The mat is super cheesy and shouldn't be used unless you like a mold factory in your sauna.The plastic steam bowl is too light and can easily tip over so use something under it to stabilize it like a ceramic tile or a metal plate like a large candle holder.It isn't very easy to fold back into the case until you figure out how to get it down, which the instructions don't help.Overall, this is a great sauna and I am very happy with it!
