This bento box makes a great lunch box. Not perfect, but a good all-in-one solution. CONS: The strap that holds everything together has a bit of a learning curve to put it on. I think a strap with some sort of closure like a button or velcro would make it easier to put on. Something like above, it would be nice to use only the top sometimes, but the strap is too big. only store a container with a compartment for dishes - I would find containers more resistant to leaks. It definitely keeps the moisture in the container, but if it tips over in the bag there's a good chance the liquid will spill. They hold less food than you think they can hold because the lids are recessed into the container. Pros: It looks like this. Great, my wife and I were asked where we got our bentos from. - The dishes are a good size, easy to clean and have a separate compartment for food - a counterweight to the last CON. Bento helped me practice portion control. I fill one container for lunch and the other for breakfast, typically filling the container twice as full as one of these lunch-only containers.
