To be honest, I didn't even know there was such a thing as a tofu press. After desperately trying to fit the tofu between paper towels and cutting boards with various items on top that just slid to one side or the other, I figured there must be a better way! I did a random search that led to this wonderful purchase and it was truly a blessing. I was even able to stack two extra shaped 14 ounce tofu cubes on top of each other and effectively double click! He hasn't disappointed me yet. I love my tofu press!
