Update October 11th: The new replacement screen is centered and not cropped outside the frame, but the color temperature is still uneven across the screen. Upgraded from 4 to 5 stars for excellent customer service. UPDATE: October 6th, 2022 KYY sent me a new replacement which is on the way. Upgraded from 1 to 4 stars for quick response and support. Will be updated after considering a replacement for defects. Pros: 1. The screen is crystal clear with 4K2 resolution. The text is very clear and easy to read on the display. (The transparent cover hasn't come off when I took the photos, the screen is matte which is great for working with.) 3. Good build quality Cons: 1. The screen is offset with the frame so the bottom right one is offset Corner of the screen is outside the frame of the display content.2. The screen brightness is not reduced enough, making it very bright in darkened rooms and in the dark, causing eyestrain.3. Screen uniformity is very poor, the top rows of pixels are about 4-5mm brighter than the rest, 20% of the right side of the screen is warmer than the rest of the screen which has a green cast. Color temperature is slightly uneven across the screen, but noticeable4. I have already contacted support about the bezel screen, I'm hoping they get it back as I didn't want to return the display due to the amount of work I have to cover.
