I like how simple it was to set up our account, as well have all of my data in one place! It helped us organize everything about each client we had with them so that they are easy for future clients/employees who need access later down time line (or even years). There really isn't anything negative at this point; however if you want something more robust than what's offered by other providers out there then consider looking into another option because maybe their product will fit your needs better or be able fill whatever gaps exist now? We were solving problems related specifically around organization within an accounting department - which meant keeping track not only from year-to-year but also month over months when tracking expenses etc..
