Not red - my new review
I ordered them at Christmas for the Christmas parade, they didn't come, I had to reorder them. You'd think because they have a Christmas flower on them and they look red they would be red but instead they appeared and they're definitely not bright orange for Christmas but I'll be back for Halloween.
