This is a beautiful necklace - it is quite heavy due to the many glass beads. The beads are a very pretty range of light to medium shades of marbled gray and turquoise. Turquoise in particular is bright without being obtrusive and stands out perfectly from plain T-shirts and sweaters, especially from black, but also looks great with white and light-colored clothing. This necklace is completely different from anything I own and goes with many things in my wardrobe. I know I will wear it a lot. Each bead is unique with its own speckled pattern and is separated from the next by small rings of silver wire, giving the necklace an interesting pattern and rustic look. The strands were a little twisted when the necklace arrived but I've worn it a few times and it's starting to loosen and dangle softer. There is no clasp, just a large round silver bead connecting the strands and completing the necklace. This can be good as you don't have to worry about the clasp or rings coming loose or breaking, but it also means you can't adjust the length. Be sure to include a picture of a mannequin or neck mockup in the product description to give a rough idea of the length, as the phrase "long double strand necklace" in the title is not a guide. I prefer shorter necklaces so I was hoping that doubling them would be enough, but they aren't. The length of the two strands is 32 inches and 36 inches, respectively. For me, the shortest section is just below the breastbone and the longest is about 2 1/2 inches below. This is a well designed necklace and the quality of the beads is very good; I think it's definitely worth the current price. $14.99
