Bought this for less than $30 a year ago and am very satisfied. My local repair shop estimated the mirror to be repaired at around $200 and I was able to replace it myself with this part. It took me a few hours to disassemble and install the door, but if you watch a few installation videos it's not difficult. The only other work I've done on my car was installing a Pioneer audio system, so it's something a person with little experience can do. I noticed that I messed up my door upholstery a bit when installing this mirror. So be sure to bring each piece back to the state it was in when you started. So far the mirror has held up perfectly and is even better than my other mirror in terms of functionality.
