Installing curtain rods can be a nightmare. I ordered this rod because I needed something quick and easy to hang up to reduce the time I was exposed to. being with strangers during covid. We couldn't insert the notched hanger into the drywall at all. We tried several times and the instructions said it would go in easily but it didn't. We ended up removing the prongs, just screwing them in, but it was frustrating to buy for that reason. Also, the end of one of the extensions was bent and that made it too weak to support the weight of the curtains. Unfortunately I had to wait too long for someone to help me set it up or I would have sent it back.
