Tried this belt and my first impression is that it’s support light and smooth. Can easily wear this under clothing without looking like it. I wore it around the house and by the end of the night my back and abdominal was wet with sweat. A good sweat workout belt for abs but wouldn’t buy this if you’re looking for a great deal of back support.
- Helps to reduce the risk of injury during exercise
- May not be suitable for those with blood pressure issues
