They work as advertised. Wrist compression cuff for support. Many reviewers said the stitches around the thumb were tight and irritating. I bought two packs and the first one I tried had this problem, but when I tried the second it didn't have that annoying factor. Unfortunately I didn't try the second one until a few months later, so I couldn't return the little one. So I recommend trying both options beforehand and returning the ones that are too small and annoying.
