I ordered a chair on November 21st. Delivery was scheduled for November 28th. Every day they wrote that the chair would come from 9 to 18, and so on until December 3. Double for delivery With its pros: The chair is good. Generally comfortable. Large wheels move well on carpet. Smoothly reclining back. Some cons: A little stiff pillow under the back and headrest. Unfortunately, when the assembler from Services assembled the chair, it turned out to be understaffed - there were no handles for controlling the mechanism in the multiblock, that is, the seat cannot be raised or lowered, etc. I contacted support. They promised to figure it out, I hope not because the chair was delivered. Everything was bad with delivery, all these "breakfasts" kept me on my nerves all the time. Was it really hard to report that there were problems with delivery and the chair would be delivered exactly in a week on such and such a date.
