The box was opened and then reassembled. I think it should have been returned. Seems to be working fine but I did not pay full price for the returned item. Concerned about it being returned because it stopped working after a while. Otherwise my son is in love with her. I had to give it to him because he saw the box. The volume is great for me. So it was easy to hear at low volume and cranked up the volume on the device without feeling too loud. Tried high and it hurt my ears! I would have given 5 stars if the packaging hadn't been opened.
