These pliers are awesome! I made this as an extra item and keep it in my tackle box. They're nice, bigger, and the textured plastic handles are comfortable to hold. It opens/closes smoothly (although the loop oozes grease), the scissors at the base work well, and the curved tip is great for retrieving fishhooks. These pliers replace the standard needle nose pliers I used to keep in my tool box. Their design makes them much more convenient to use, since the curved spout lets you see what you're pinching. This can be especially helpful when trying to pull a sharp hook out of a slippery fish. good price.
