Review on Improve Your Game With Spornia SPG-7 Golf Practice Net – Automatic Ball Return, Target Sheet & Two Side Barriers by Jesse Runninger

First of all Spornia has great customer service. Owner is VERY quick to answer any questions you have and is dedicated to make sure you're happy with the product.I've tried a couple different nets and so far first impression is that the Spornia net is pretty good and ticks off a couple important boxes.1. One of my biggest concerns when using my other nets is whether the next shot is gonna rip through the net. I've put a ball right through a high impact golf net (also bought on amazon). Luckily it was in the garage and ball was contained and nothing damaged or anyone hurt. I haven't put a hole through my Sklz Quickster net yet, but when I use it I now put the second net(with patched hole) behind it to catch any ball that might tear through the Sklz net. This makes setting it up more tedious. I was thinking of buying an archery type impact/mesh panel which seems to be alot more durable until I saw the Spornia net.The Spornia net has an impact panel that takes the brunt of the impact. But it also has a regular net behind it, which can act as a back up and catches errant shots that don't hit the panel. The impact panel itself seems durable and is more of the mesh/archery material as opposed to typical square netting. The impact panel is also replaceable which should mean that this setup can theoretically last a much longer time. It takes full Driver swings very well.2. Other nets also return the ball to you. However the Spornia net also has a net on the bottom which keeps the ball from bouncing and rolling on the floor. The benefit of this is that you don't need to put a carpet or padding underneath the net.to prevent damage to the ball or the floor.3. It comes with side barriers which seem effective in catching errant shots and most shanks. Although, you should use caution with newer players.especially if they are not standing close to the net.4. VERY EASY to setup and take down. Taking it down was a little confusing the first time but as soon as you figure it out, it shouldn't take longer than 30-60sec. Honestly it seems it take longer to put it into the included carring bag than it does to set up or take down.5. The white line down the bottom is a nice touch and helps with alignment. It also helps me to make sure my SkyTrak is aligned as well.Concerns/thoughts:1. Not sure how well the metal frame will hold up. It seems to crackle a bit as you are bending it to set up and take down and there is some play in the connections of the metal support frame.both of which spornia says is normal so that it can bend and fold away. Only time will tell how long the frame lasts. Each metal frame (back and bottom) seems to be at least two metal pieces that slip into each other in two spots to make the outside frame. I'm also concerned that the canvas in those connection areas will eventually wear.I'd like to see those areas re-enforced with another patch of heavy duty canvas.2. It's not as tall as other nets, so you can't really take full swings with higher lofted clubs. The bottom netting also prevents you from standing RIGHT in front of the net.which could allow you to hit those higher lofted clubs on other nets.3. It's not as wide as my Skilz quickster net.but that's really not an issue as you only hit into the center of the net anyway.and the side nets effectively make it act like a wider net.4. Black coloring of impact net seems to rub off a bit onto the golf ball after some time. Not a big deal as it doesn't seem to affect my skytrak from reading the ball.but worth mentioning.
