I love these gel pens for removing stains from clothes especially grease. Works well on tomato and coffee stains. I have a problem with the company that supplies them. Don't buy from these guys. Even though the description says '2 packs' they sent me a stick. When I complained they said I should have read the description of the item more clearly that it said "1 item". True, but the product comes in a pack of 2. After I pointed this out - nothing. Grilling. Great product, useless company. Buy sticks from someone else. Follow-up: The company did everything possible to solve my problem with their service. They refund the money and apologize for the bad service. You really came through! I would do business with them again.
