So I bought another highly rated card, the Intel AC-7690. There were times I wanted to throw my laptop on the floor because of all the ridiculous connection issues I was having. I've done everything under the sun to try and make it work. It would work, I'd be happy, but in a day or two it would stop working. Then I would have to mess with changing the range signal properties and resetting the network and just have headache after headache. So I decided to try something different. I bought this. This is an Intel AX200 Wi-Fi card. I have to tell you, now I'm a super happy backpacker! It's been in my laptop for almost 2 weeks now. There have been NO problems with it since installation. Works great, fast connection and above all I was satisfied. :-) Highly recommend this card and stay away from the other. Intel has effectively dropped support for the AC-7260. PS Everyone thinks they have a solution for connection problems on AC-7260. I've tried everything on all these forums and promised they found a "fix" for this, but none of it worked. Well it will work, but it will only work for a day or so until I have to start over each time. Very frustrating.
