I have a naughty 9 month old Sun Conure hence the name Chili Pepper. He's quite active and a little bit vicious! Anyone who has a small parrot or even a macaw or cockatoo knows that they are very active and enjoy all kinds of games to keep them entertained, whether inside or outside their enclosure (cage). When I bought this Pennplax Rope Circle 13 inch bird perch I wasn't sure what I was thinking relatively and rationally imagining the huge size of the bird swing as my sun conure only measures about 12 inches top to bottom. his tail feathers and the size of this rope swing is big enough for a cockatoo or a macaw but I have a 30"w x 30"d x 50"h cage anyway and my little chili loves his rope swing he climbs from the ceiling , descends all the way down the rope circle and swings up on a bobber that sits in the middle of the rope circle and then hangs upside down from the bottom tassels of the rope Those who have an active bird that loves to play and have a body that big enough for that big round rope swing. Of course, this company probably offers smaller sizes that will fit perfectly in your birdcage.
