Joovy Bicycoo arrived quickly and was mostly pre assembled (see picture). You have to attach the steering wheel, which was easy and only requires the Allen key provided. My bike arrived with a flat front tire and the rubber was stretched over the metal rim so I called Joovy customer service to make sure the inflation was ok. and use. Customer service was friendly, they apologized for the bike arriving with a flat tire as that is not typical. She told me to inflate the tire with a regular bike pump and to call back if anything was wrong. We pumped up the tire and everything was fine. The bike is very light, which is good for small riders. It is also equipped with footboards for children who have learned to slide on a balance bike. The grips on the footpegs have peeled off making it look like a sticker, but this is minor as the footrest can be used without them. There is no handbrake, which is also a disadvantage, but most balance bikes don't have a handbrake. I like that the tires are rubber and inflatable. The seat height is adjustable and starts at 12 inches, which is perfect. Many kids bikes with training wheels are too big for the smallest riders, so I like this 12-inch option for a kid just starting to ride. The bike makes a solid and well-made impression. I like Goldie's color, it's orange-yellow.
