Review on 🚨 Enhanced Visibility with Puig 5022H Light Smoke Trend Universal Windshield by Michael Keegan

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I picked it up for my Kawasaki Z650

Very well designed product. The attachment mechanism is impressive, but perhaps not universal. It would not fit my 2017 Kawasaki Z650 - exactly the same white 2017 bike used in the photos - as it is installed in the listing and couldn't - it's a fake marketing photo so don't use it to describe it to try install. It took me about 5-6 tries, but there is a way (and only one) to install it to make it work on the z650. Pull the brake lever out as far as possible and put the right side back first (handlebar mount forward). Just keep playing with the bracket on the right until something works. When you find it, the main hex bolt is touching the speedometer. The right side has a very limited range of motion, but the left side is usually free. You must install the left side to offset anything you can install with the right side. Once installed (which is fine, but not entirely easy), I think manufacturers' performance claims are fair and legitimate. A wind reduction of 46% is similar to mine. I'm 5ft 11" and have the screen set to over 60 degrees (maybe 75) which greatly improves riding comfort for my upper body (mind and cold). I have more noise from the helmet than without it, but not as many bumps. The screen is really thick (more than most screens) but the surface is unpolished and you can't see through it clearly.
