I never thought I would be happy with skinny knees but since I have them it's perfect. The inner sleeve makes it more comfortable but also makes it harder to get in if your knee doesn't bend when it gets worse. I've had one of these for 4-5 years and the velcro has finally started to fail. It was a big surprise when my new one was exactly the same as the old one that was replaced. Mostly everything is now made so cheaply that you rarely find the same thing again. These are inexpensive braces and there are better ones out there, but you pay a little more for them. It offers enough support and quality at a price where you can't go wrong. Especially if you have skinny knees.
