1) There are no instructions in the box - some of our entrances do not have internet. Maybe you could use a simple guide instead of marketing cards? 2) An online "training video" presented by a fool and doesn't explain any details. Incidentally, his $1 cleanser "at any pharmacy" costs between $5 and $7 and is sold at car dealerships, not drug stores that I've seen. 3) Inventory is disproportionate - you'll need more sandpaper if you actually intend to use this set more than once. 4) Items are missing/not as pictured. 5) Required items are not included. 6) There are a million competing kits. So you're bound to find other options that are just as good or better than this one. Manufacturer - include instructions, ask someone who can teach you how to make your videos, and reconfigure the contents of the kit.
