I prefer human hair extensions, but this Pony tail was very nice for synthetic, the color exactly matched my hair, and I ordered a second curly one because I liked it so much for the price. However, I think this product should include instructions with pictures that explain how carefully to put this on your head. The use of velcro in the wrap around strap at base of pony tail made for a very messy application and removal. Could there be another way to get this product to stay tight without using velcro? If so, I'd be a customer for life. I'd also like to see more various lengths offered for the ponytail pieces in straights and curlys. For customers: If you are putting this on yourself with no help, be very careful of the velcro! It will grab your hair and tangle it up in a minute. Be careful to wrap the velcro strap exactly right without tightening against your head too much because when you take it out, the velcro will literally rip some hair out.
