This mic was initially a big hit with our 3 year old, but it only repeats a few catchphrases and doesn't contain full songs. We had to separately purchase a Lightning headphone cable (male) that allows us to play songs through the mic we selected from the playlist on my iPhone. But even that's not a good solution - the microphone always turns itself off automatically after a few songs, and the volume fluctuates when we're playing internet songs. The cord to my phone is only a few feet long, so my phone has to go in the same direction as the microphone. Wouldn't buy again.
