Review on SunFounder Portable Raspberry Display 13.3" with Full HD 1920X1080 Resolution and 60Hz Refresh Rate by Michael Taoufik
Not compatible with AG-CX350, 1080p 4:2:2 signals.
Despite claiming to support 1080p signals, this panel did not display any images at all when connected to my Panasonic AG-CX350. Apparently this camcorder cannot downscale to 4:2:0 when recording 4:2:2 and this panel cannot decode 4:2:2 video data. It worked fine when connected to my laptop at 1080p, so I know it's a 4:2:2 issue. Unfortunately, they've cut corners when it comes to HDMI support on this monitor. If it wasn't for that, it would be the perfect outdoor monitor. Unfortunately not being able to get a picture from the monitor is kind of a show stopper so I had to send it back.
