The best thing is that it allows us track every detail about our employees including their leave records as well daily work time in/out etc., which helps me manage my workforce effectively without any hassles! I can also view employee attendance reports from anywhere at anytime through mobile application or web browser by logging into novatime dashboard online via internet connection using laptop / computer (no need for installation). It's very simple interface & user friendly so easy navigation even new users will understand easily what they want!! Nothing much but sometimes i am facing issues like system not responding while login when there might be heavy load during peak hours due do increased data traffic between server side<-my experience only. But overall its good product just minor issue here would require more improvement if you have huge organization then definitely go ahead otherwise try out first before making final decision.
